We will only collect the information required to complete your booking and nothing further. This data will only be used by us to complete your booking.
We do not store physical copies of any information. All our booking forms are done through our website unless you specifically ask for a physical copy. In this circumstance, we will scan them, store them and then destroy them.
Your information will never be shared with or accessed by any third parties.
If your details do ever change your details it is your responsibility to let us know. This must be via email so we have a record of you asking for the change to be made.
You are entitled to access any information we have stored on you. So please do get in touch if you want this information.
If you no longer require our services, please let us know via email and we will delete all data we have stored on you.
In the event of a breach, we will asses the damage and let you know if your data was compromised within seven working days.
